ABOUT AMBER

I’m a 200hr Yoga Alliance accredited teacher and forever student of yoga. My practice is rooted in vinyasa favoring intentional sequencing and creative movement. My offering is to meet you where you are and facilitate moving like yourself both on and off the mat.

I’m also a creative director and founder of FEAST, a brand consultancy based in Charleston SC supporting brands and organizations focused in wellness, lifestyle and hospitality.
